They are so nice and amazing bed side manor. I very much appreciated the fact that instead of them speaking to me about my sick daughter, they spoke directly to her. They asked her questions and took their time. They made her feel very comfortable. Will definitely be going there from now on. Best urgent care in Auburn!! They are all great!! Big thumbs up!!

I was in town on vacation and needed an urgent care facility. Selected Urgent Care of Auburn. Made my appointment on line, got in right away. Everyone from the front desk to the tech to the PA were super nice and helpful!!
I was having a scary allergic reaction to some new medication. I was really scared. The personnel at this location treated me very quickly sowing a great deal of concern for my well being. I was treated with a great deal of compassion and extremely professional. I would recommend these "nightingale" providers everyday of the week! They helped me through an unnerving situation and got me back to full health! THANK God for them!
From the moment I walked in the door everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help me. From the secretary, to the nurse, to the doctor, to the x-ray tech, everyone. I received efficient service. The doctor himself was awesome. I highly recommend if you are in need of services you pick this Urgent Care.
I went there today because I wasn't feeling well after I had gotten the flu shot. I was told that the intranasal vaccine is live and the shot is dead, I was told by someone at my doctor's office that it is live. I won't name the person, but it would of been nice to know exactly. Both the nurse and practitioner or whatev she was were wonderful. Thank you so much for the great care you give people.
